TERMS & CONDITIONS

All contestants must adhere to the following Terms and Conditions to participate in the Mrs. India Vogue International Pageant. By submitting an application, contestants acknowledge and agree to these terms:

Eligibility

1. Applicants must be natural-born females and married.
2. Applicants may be married, divorced, or widowed, with or without children.
3. Applicants must be between 23 and 55 years of age and provide proof of age (e.g., passport, birth certificate, school leaving certificate, driver’s license, etc.).
4. Applicants must be born in India.

Conduct and Behavior

5. Applicants must never have, nor will they during their reign, pose for any photography, video, or film associated with nudity or pornography. They must not be or have been involved in any employment involving partial or complete nudity.
6. Misconduct, misrepresentation, negative innuendoes, or inappropriate behavior in any form (oral, written, or physical) will be grounds for immediate disqualification.
7. Titleholders and Subtitle holders must give their time and energy solely to their Mrs. India Vogue International title and refrain from promoting or participating in any other pageant system for two years.
8. Applicants agree to participate in all scheduled events and activities in a disciplined and diligent manner.

Pageant Rules and Obligations

9. The Titleholder agrees that Mrs. India Vogue International must be informed of and approve all public appearances. Crowns and sashes remain the property of Mrs. India Vogue International and must be returned in their original condition if the contestant defaults on her contract.
10. Titleholders must remain loyal to Mrs. India Vogue International throughout their reign and may not promote any other pageant title verbally, in writing, or on social media.
11. All decisions related to production, promotions, photographs, advertising, programs, media, endorsements, and other aspects of the pageant are solely at the discretion of Mrs. India Vogue International Incorrect or misleading information will result in disqualification at any stage of the pageant process.

Liability and Disclaimers

13. Applicants must release, unconditionally and forever, any claims against Mrs. India Vogue International Pageant, its affiliates, sponsors, employees, and agents related to their participation or the use of their likeness for promotional purposes.
14. The organizers are not responsible for any delays, non-receipt of applications, or non-completion of the event for any reason.
15. Mrs. India Vogue International may disclose any information provided by applicants to third parties as needed.

Fees and Payments

16. All fees paid toward grooming, registration, or participation are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance.
17. The organizers are not responsible if sponsors fail to fulfill prize commitments or brand collaborations.

Judging and Decisions

18. The decision of the judges is final and binding in all cases. No appeals or exceptions will be entertained.
19. The schedule of events and qualification rounds is subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.
2O. Deadlines and cut-offs for participation are determined by the number of entries received.

Cancellation and Disputes

21. The organizers have the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone, or amend the event at their discretion.
22. In the event of any dispute, the organizers’ decisions will be final and binding.
23. All legal disputes related to the pageant will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

By participating in the Mrs. India Vogue International Pageant, applicants agree to abide by all Terms and Conditions as outlined above.
